The board approved a printer lease with DBB for $3,647 for use in MDJ Heming's office, and approved Chief Probation Officer Dan Miller's travel to the Annual CJAB Conference on April 20–22, 2026.
The board met with County Coroner Berley Souders and his insurance representative for an insurance discussion related to on-call duties, and county auditors presented an audit review. Commissioners also received an update on Phase II renovations for the recently purchased Lincoln Way West building from Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville. Several executive sessions for personnel matters occurred during the meeting; the transcript records motions to enter and exit those sessions with times.
