The Camp Verde Town Council on Feb. 19 approved publication of Request for Proposal #2025-205 seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan to guide the town’s facility needs over the next 20 years.
Town Manager Miranda Fisher said the plan will assess existing municipal buildings, identify space and programming needs, and recommend long-term strategies for improvement, redevelopment or expansion. Councilor Vice Mayor Marie Moore moved to publish the RFP; Councilor Robin Godwin seconded the motion and the roll-call vote was unanimous, 7–0.
The RFP will be published so qualified firms may submit proposals; the Council will review responses and select a firm following the town’s procurement policies. The RFP includes an expected 20-year planning horizon and scope to evaluate municipal facilities and future needs.
