At its Feb. 3 meeting, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners authorized several administrative items, including MATP allocation letters, staff travel to a statewide conference, acceptance of a retirement fund report and a laptop purchase.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to authorize Commissioner Steven L. Wible to execute MATP allocation letters for FY 2024–2025 and FY 2025–2026 in the amounts of $464,875 and $491,875, respectively; the motions were approved "All in favor." The minutes record those two amounts but do not specify additional budgetary sources or conditions for the allocations.
Commissioner Bunch moved to approve and execute travel request forms for Services for Children Director Christine McQuade and Services for Children Fiscal Technician Stephanie Mellott to attend the PA Children and Youth Administrators Conference, scheduled for March 11–13, 2026, in State College, Pennsylvania; the board approved the travel requests. The board also approved and executed the January 2026 Retirement Fund Report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston.
The board approved a laptop quote submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT for use in Franklin County for Jury Coordinator duties; the minutes do not list the vendor price or purchase order number. All of these motions were recorded as passed by unanimous vote.
