Fulton County commissioners approve $334,397 in bills and $129,990 payroll

Fulton County commissioners approved routine financial items at their Feb. 3, 2026 meeting at the Commissioners' Office, including payroll totaling $129,990.81 and accounts payable totaling $334,397.62.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026, and to approve the accounts payable dated Feb. 3, 2026; both motions were recorded as passed "All in favor." The accounts-payable motion included a fund-level breakdown showing General Fund disbursements of $96,661.78 and line items for Liquid Fuels ($13.13), HSDF/HSBG ($165,835.26), Law Library ($724.96), 911 ($44,792.44), Domestic Relations ($352.92) and Debt Service ($26,017.13). The total for all funds was recorded as $334,397.62.
The board also approved an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27; the invoice was described in the meeting as representing 10% of court wages and benefits. Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve and execute that invoice; the motion was approved by the board.
Earlier in the meeting Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve the January 27, 2026 Commissioners' minutes and the January 27, 2026 Salary Board minutes; both were approved unanimously. The board recessed for other agenda items and later adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
