Administrator Abraham Antun said the successor agreement covers a five-year term and that the percentage increases are retroactive to July 1, 2024, with a schedule of increases described in the meeting. The administration placed the memorandum on the consent agenda for the Board’s consideration and approval.
The memorandum was reported to the Board as a negotiated successor agreement. As with other personnel and labor actions, the County will finalize required contract paperwork and make the MOA available after formal Board action.
What happens next: The MOA will be posted among consent agenda materials and will proceed to formal approval. The administration indicated the MOA contains multi-year percentage wage adjustments retroactive to July 1, 2024.
