Camp Verde council recommends Days INN's beer-and-wine license application to state agency

The Town of Camp Verde voted unanimously to recommend approval of a Series 10 (beer and wine) liquor license application submitted by Days INN Camp Verde, located at 1640 W. State Route 260.
Town Clerk Leah Rhodes provided the staff overview of the application. The applicant did not appear at the hearing and no members of the public spoke for or against the application when Mayor Dee Jenkins opened the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. The council moved to forward the application to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control; the minutes record the vote as 7-0 in favor.
The town’s action is a local recommendation; final licensing authority rests with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
