Council approves $900 in library safety bonuses, schedules auditor workshop

Mayor Mark Barlow reported the library had been overlooked when safety bonuses were calculated and said the additional total would be $900. Councilmember Randy Little moved to approve paying the $900, Councilmember Jake O'Rear seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Barlow said a meeting should be scheduled between the library and the city to address the omission. He also said a January workshop will be scheduled for auditors to present the city's audit to the council. The clerk will coordinate follow-up scheduling and accounting for the bonus payment.
