Mayor Pro Tempore Mike Phillips moved to approve the payables for Dec. 4, 2023 in the amount of $771,403.73; Councilmember Matt Franklin seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The council previously approved the consent agenda, including the Nov. 20 minutes, on a motion by Councilmember William Taylor and a second from Councilmember Pete Sellers.
On legislative items, Councilmember Matt Franklin moved and Councilmember Shannon Clemmons seconded approval of Ordinance 1041 on first reading, which would adopt the Baldwin County 9-1-1 GIS/Addressing Office Addressing Standards; the motion carried unanimously on first reading. Franklin also moved and Councilmember William Taylor seconded approval of Ordinance 1042 on first reading to adopt the Baldwin County 9-1-1 GIS/Addressing Office Street Name Standards; that motion also carried unanimously on first reading.
