Commissioners approve payables, pension report and retain Keller Engineer for 2026

Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve account payables dated Dec. 30, 2025 totaling $112,913.87. The meeting record lists Fund 100 (General Fund) at $98,764.92 and Fund 400 (Debt Service) at $14,148.95. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
Commissioner Wible moved to approve and execute the December 2025 Pension Report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston; the board approved the report. Commissioner Bunch moved to approve Planning Commission meeting dates for fiscal year 2026 as presented by Justin Evans for advertisement in the Fulton County Newspaper; the board approved those dates.
Commissioner Hann moved to approve an agreement with Keller Engineer, Inc. to retain them for the 2026 fiscal year; the agreement was approved and the board will appoint Keller Engineer at the Reorganizational Meeting on January 6, 2026.
