Fulton County approves reappointments, vendor payments and launches Warfordsburg Senior Center kickoff

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Nov. 25 approved a package of administrative actions: reappointments for two Conservation District directors, several vendor invoices and project kickoff coordination for a CDBG-funded senior-center project in Warfordsburg.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve reappointment letters for Conservation District directors Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper; the motion carried unanimously. The board also approved vendor and service invoices recorded in the minutes, including $2,363.50 for ePayment Now dog-license fees, a $4,487.70 William Penn Printing invoice, $9,854.00 for Elect IT Solutions staffing and $11,815.00 for HART license and support.
Separately, commissioners participated in a CDBG project kickoff for the Warfordsburg Senior Center via Zoom with SEDA-Cog Program Analyst Hanorah Lucas, Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville and Connie Brode of Huntingdon/Bedford/Fulton Area on Aging. The minutes note the kickoff occurred and that related minutes or project documents are on file.
A live bid opening was scheduled for the sale of 119 North Second Street in McConnellsburg at 9:00 a.m.; the minutes record that no bids were presented.
