At its Jan. 20 meeting, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved routine administrative business including minutes, accounts payable, payroll and county association invoices.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 Commissioners' minutes and the Jan. 13 Salary Board minutes; both motions passed unanimously. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026 totaling $159,968.15; the record shows a fund-level breakdown with $140,001.80 charged to the General Fund and smaller amounts allocated across several special funds. Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 for $126,747.73; that motion carried unanimously.
The board approved several county-association and insurance items: the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00; a credit-card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder; and a CCAP PComp second-installment invoice for $5,575 (part of a total contribution of $22,300). All motions were recorded as "All in favor."
The meeting record also notes brief committee meetings and personnel executive sessions held during the day; no public comments were recorded. The board adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
