Mayor Robert A. Wills called the meeting to order. After roll call, the council presented plaques to longtime youth football coaches Barry Hurst and Johnny Palmer and recognized the 8U Gray Football Team for finishing as runner-up in the Baldwin County Youth Football Division.
In routine business the council approved the Nov. 21, 2022 meeting minutes and work session minutes. Mayor Pro Tempore Mike Phillips moved to approve the payables presented for Dec. 5, 2022; Councilmember Shannon Clemmons seconded the motion, which the council carried unanimously.
