Advocates press Hudson County for a move timeline and park plans as Guarini Complex opens

"We believe it's reasonable to establish a clear and realistic timeline within a one-month window for when the Guarini Complex will be fully operational," Moss said, and warned that staggered or partial vacating of County facilities would add costs and stall the park project.
Moss also asked the County for clarity about the decommissioning of the building's on-site power station and whether the space could be repurposed for park amenities — a public restroom, a vendor cafe and storage — noting that such physical assets might remain attached to the Brennan Courthouse property even if operational control changes. She reiterated the group's offer to work with Hudson County and Jersey City to keep the park project on schedule.
