Council removes large tax releases item from consent agenda for review; approves rest of consent items

After removing that item for separate consideration at the Oct. 9 council meeting, the adjusted Consent Agenda was approved by motion of Councilmember Melissa Elliott, seconded by Councilmember Sara M. Coffey, and passed unanimously.
