Henderson City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda during the Jan. 8 regular meeting, clearing tax releases, refunds and discoveries for November 2023 totaling $15,205.62 and adopting the Dec. 11, 2023 regular meeting minutes.
The council record lists the largest component as real and personal property releases of $10,517.80. Additional items included $410.00 in personal-property refunds, $4,241.47 in gap-bill discoveries and $36.35 in city real-and-personal-property discoveries, producing a combined total of $15,205.62.
The Consent Agenda was moved and approved as a single package in a voice vote; no separate public comments were recorded on these items. Finance Director Joey Fuqua reviewed the releases and confirmed they were in order, per the published agenda reference (CAF 24-01).
