Fulton County commissioners approve payroll, $334,397.62 in payables and make interim committee assignment

Other routine approvals recorded in the minutes include a retirement fund report presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston, travel requests for Services for Children staff to attend the PA Children and Youth Administrators Conference March 11–13, 2026 in State College, PA, a laptop quote from Rick Grissinger of Elect IT for Jury Coordinator duties in Franklin County, and an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Q4 2025 Fulton County court costs in the amount of $38,819.27 (described in the minutes as 10% of court wages and benefits). All were approved with votes recorded as "All in favor."
Following an executive session on personnel, the board approved (motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch) appointing Commissioner Steven L. Wible to perform committee duties assigned to him when his medical leave begins; the minutes record the vote as "All in favor." The meeting recessed for a CJAB meeting and later reconvened; afternoon executive sessions and interviews for the Prothonotary's Office were also recorded. The minutes do not list vote tallies by member beyond the repeated "All in favor" notation.
