Parks & Recreation Manager Shawna Figy and Smith answered council questions about the review process and scope of work.
Councilor Robin Godwin moved to award RFP 2024-201 to Kimley‑Horn for $119,885; Councilor Robert Foreman seconded. The council approved the contract by roll-call vote, 7-0.
Staff will proceed under the terms of the contract and return to council with planning milestones as the master‑plan process advances.
