Vice Mayor Marie Moore moved to award the Sports Complex Walkway and Parking Lot Lighting Project to Voss Lighting for $94,950 for walkway lighting and $216,970 for parking-lot lighting, for a total of $311,920. Councilor Wendy Escoffier seconded the motion. The council voted 7-0 to approve the contract.
The council did not specify a construction start date in the discussion; staff will manage installation timing and logistics as part of project delivery.
