Camp Verde agrees to accept donated Yavapai County parcel near Verde River

Vice Mayor Marie Moore moved to accept the donation with the cost cap and to direct staff to coordinate with the town attorney and Yavapai County to complete the transfer; Councilor Jessie Murdock seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call, 7-0.
The town directed staff to work with legal counsel and county officials to complete conveyance; the council did not discuss a specific intended use for the parcel at the meeting.
