Commissioners approve Elect IT contract addenda, TelePlus maintenance plan and retirement-account invoices

Fulton County Commissioners on Dec. 9 approved multiple vendor contracts and retirement-account invoices as part of routine administrative business.
Nelson Witmer, President/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented three contract addenda: Addendum A (IT Staffing and Support Services), Addendum B (Managed Backup Services) and Addendum C (IT/Cyber Security Awareness & Phishing Simulations). Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the three addenda; the motion passed with all commissioners voting in favor.
Commissioners also approved a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage Plan) for $14,040.56, effective Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026. The motion to adopt the agreement was recorded as carried 'All in favor.' The minutes do not include a detailed scope of services or an itemized cost schedule beyond the total contract amount.
At 9:15 a.m. the board held a Retirement Board meeting (separate minutes on file) during which David Lytle participated via Zoom. The board approved the November 2025 Retirement Fund Report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston and approved two Conrad Siegel Inc. invoices: $5,700.00 for actuarial services (July–Dec. 2025), charged to the Charles Schwab Pension Account, and $3,844.25 for investment advisory services (July 1–Sept. 30, 2025), charged to plan assets. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the actuarial invoice and an additional motion approved the investment advisory invoice; both passed unanimously.
The meeting minutes also record approval of bank-authority document execution related to Treasurer transitions and authorization of changes to Treasurer's Office operating procedures as presented by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop. Commissioners adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
