Commissioner Timothy Biddle moved to approve the permit; Commissioner Jason Frost seconded the motion, and the board voted unanimously to approve the Conditional Use Permit. Commissioners and staff emphasized that standard permitting and septic/percolation ("perk") requirements must be satisfied before placement of the manufactured home.
The public record shows the property is 1.35 acres and zoned R‑1; the permit approval permits a manufactured home on the lot provided county permitting requirements are met. County staff will process the permit file and verify septic/percolation tests and applicable building permits before allowing placement of the home.
