The minutes note one of the quoted figures exceeded an amount identified for DFACS and another exceeded the BOC office threshold; the county recorded that the unit quoted from Archie's is a 15‑ton unit. The board designated SPLOST funds to pay for the replacements.
County staff will proceed to schedule and install the new units and report back on completion and invoice reconciliation. The board's unanimous vote authorized the procurement and the funding source.
