For January, Jungenberg reported 5 rabies contacts, 1 quarantine order, 2 releases from quarantine, 3 well water tests, 0 lead contacts, 35 short‑term and 1 long‑term radon testing kits distributed, and no kennel or housing contacts. For February, she reported 8 rabies contacts, 1 quarantine order, 1 release from quarantine, 0 water tests, 0 lead contacts, 0 radon kits, 0 kennel contacts, and 2 housing contacts regarding mold and fleas.
On food safety and recreational licensing, staff reported 24 Marquette County inspections and 4 re‑inspections in January (plus 6 Green Lake County inspections and 1 pre‑inspection) and 15 Marquette County inspections and 4 re‑inspections in February (plus 17 Green Lake County inspections and 2 re‑inspections). Staff also noted trainings and meetings attended during both months. The meeting minutes recorded no substantive water program updates.
