Planning commission approves minutes, defers Parham’s Grocery hearing and adopts 2023 schedule

Under new business, the commission granted the applicant for CUP‑7‑22 (Parham’s Grocery) a deferral to the January 2023 Planning Commission meeting because the applicant is traveling overseas for a family wedding and cannot attend the November or December meetings. The commission then adopted the 2023 Planning Commission meeting schedule by unanimous vote.
The commission announced its next meeting for Dec. 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
