Fulton County commissioners approve reappointments, vendor payments, grant application and appointments in Nov. 25 meeting

During its Nov. 25 meeting, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a series of administrative and operational items including reappointments, vendor payments, contract and grant approvals, and routine administrative authorizations.
Key actions recorded in the minutes include: approval of reappointment letters for Conservation District directors Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper; authorization for Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop to obtain a county credit card for the Treasurer's Office; approval of a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution of $45,442 (bringing total contributions to $151,474); and approval of a 2025 Wellness Improvement Program Grant Application requesting $1,769.60 to reimburse drinking water and purchase an AED for a newly purchased building at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg.
The board also approved vendor invoices and operational fees: ePayment Now dog license payments of $2,363.50; a William Penn Printing invoice for $4,487.70; Elect IT Solutions invoice for $9,854.00 for December IT staffing and support; and a HART license and support invoice for $11,815.00. A bid opening for the sale of 119 North Second Street, McConnellsburg, was held and no bids were presented.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to authorize Marty Mettille as Fulton County's advisor for America250PA events and to send a letter to Kelly Leighton of America250PA; the motion passed. Commissioners noted that separate minutes are on file for the Safety Committee and Election Board meetings referenced in the record. The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
