Fulton County approves 5-year lease and IT staffing SOW with Elect IT Solutions

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions and a separate statement of work for IT staffing and support.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute a five-year lease between Elect IT Solutions and the County of Fulton for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg, Pa., at $250 per month with no increase; the lease is to take effect when the space becomes available. The motion passed with all commissioners present voting in favor.
The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services. As part of the same vendor presentation, commissioners approved an Amazon quote submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT Solutions for a view station for the Treasurer's Office in the amount of $784.22. The meeting record additionally shows approval of a CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00.
Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions attended the meeting (Witmer via Zoom) to discuss the contract and office space. Commissioners did not specify additional SOW financial terms in the meeting record.
