The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 20 unanimously approved the Jan. 13, 2026 Commissioners' minutes and Salary Board minutes, an accounts-payable register totaling $159,968.15 and payroll of $126,747.73.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts-payable register, which lists Fund 100 (General Fund) at $140,001.80 and smaller amounts across Liquid Fuels, SFC Technology Grant, Law Library, 911, Hazmat, Domestic Relations, Capital Projects, Debt Service and pass-through funds for a combined total of $159,968.15. Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $126,747.73. Both motions carried with all commissioners voting in favor.
In Treasurer's Office business, the board approved a 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00 (motion by Hann), authorized a credit-card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman (motion by Hann), and authorized executing a 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder (motion by Hann). Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a CCAP PComp second installment invoice of $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300.00; that motion carried.
Commissioners noted a brief Safety Committee meeting at 10:00 a.m. and a Department Head meeting at 10:30 a.m. Commissioners met with Services for Children Director Christine McQuade about a potential hire for a Caseworker II and McQuade said she would obtain quotes for a printer and projector. The board entered executive session for personnel matters beginning at 11:22 a.m.; subsequent executive-session entries and exits occurred with the final exit recorded at 1:10 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
