The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 3 approved payroll dated Feb. 6, 2026, in the amount of $129,990.81 and authorized accounts payable totaling $334,397.62.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the payroll; the board voted unanimously in favor. Hann also moved to approve the accounts-payable register, which includes $96,661.78 from the General Fund, $165,835.26 from HSDF/HSBG, $44,792.44 from 911 funds and $26,017.13 in Debt Service among other smaller funds.
The board also approved routine purchases and intercounty charges during the same session. Commissioners approved a laptop quote submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT to support Jury Coordinator duties in Franklin County, and accepted an invoice from Franklin County Fiscal for Fulton County court costs for the fourth quarter of 2025 in the amount of $38,819.27, described as 10% of court wages and benefits.
The motions to approve minutes, payroll and payables were made by Commissioners Steven L. Wible and Hervey P. Hann and recorded as unanimous. The meeting record notes separate fund breakdowns for auditing purposes.
