Fulton County approves sub‑agreement naming county administrator for State Food Purchase Program

At the Feb. 10 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve and execute a Sub‑Agreement between the County of Fulton and the Fulton County Food Basket, Inc. to administer the State Food Purchase Program (SFPP).
Food Basket Director Sue Cubbage explained that state funds for the program now come directly to the county instead of to the Food Basket and that the county therefore needs to name an administrator for the program through a Sub‑Agreement. The minutes record the board's approval on a motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch.
The minutes do not record a dollar amount for the SFPP or specific administrative duties to be performed under the Sub‑Agreement. The record shows the county accepted the Sub‑Agreement and will serve in the administrative role identified by the agreement.
