Mayor Marie Moore opened and closed the public hearing with no public speakers. Councilor Jessie Murdock moved and Councilor Robert Foreman seconded a motion to forward a recommendation of approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. The motion carried with a 6-0 recorded vote (Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier was absent for the vote).
The Council’s action was a recommendation to the state agency; final licensure is decided by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
