The board approved Change Order Request #19 (reduced amount $220.86), #20 ($886.83), #21 ($2,069.27) and #22 ($2,322.65); the minutes state these were processed from the project contingency within the Guaranteed Maximum Price and are on file with the County Clerk.
The board also opened and considered proposals for a separate roofing and gutter replacement project. Facilities Director Gaasch and the Facilities OMP Committee recommended the bid from Buffalo Roofing (RSG Home Improvements). The board accepted the Buffalo Roofing bid in the amount of $40,805.75 and recorded the roll call vote in favor. The accepted contract and the change order documentation are filed with the County Clerk.
Commissioners noted the change orders were covered by contingency funds, and no additional funding source was identified in the minutes. The board voted on both the change orders and the roofing contract by roll call; the motions carried.
