Buffalo County approves multiple change orders and amends construction management agreement for 610 Central project

The Board also approved purchase of one 2022 Ford F‑250 through the Nebraska state contract for $45,230.00 (moved by Higgins, seconded by Lynch) and accepted certain County Attorney recommended amendments to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement with Beckenhauer Construction Company; the Chair was authorized to sign the amendment. Deputy County Attorney Andrew Hoffmeister reviewed the Construction Management Agreement before the Board voted to amend it.
