Vice Chairman Sherry Morrow presided over the meeting. Commissioners voted to move $1,000,000 from the county General Fund into the Road Fund per the adopted budget. The board also authorized an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) agreement with the Buffalo County Agricultural Society to fund parking repairs, parking expansion and electrical upgrades at the fairgrounds (Resolution 2022-19); Commissioner Ronald Loeffelholz recorded an abstention on that vote.
