Kingfisher County commissioners approve reimbursements, road change orders, personnel additions and routine financial reports

At its Nov. 10 meeting the board approved REAP reimbursements to KRWD#3 vendors, approved bridge inspection invoices, accepted change orders on road projects, added requisition and receiving officers for 911 accounts, and approved routine claims, reports and transfers.
At its Nov. 10 meeting the Kingfisher County Board of County Commissioners approved a series of administrative and infrastructure items.
Key approvals included REAP reimbursements for KRWD#3 (Brown Engineering, $18,750.00; Denali Plumbing, $121,647.50) and acceptance of CED #8 county bridge inspection invoices. The board approved Change Order #2 to the 2025 Asphalt Overlay (Bid #14-24-25) with TJ Campbell Construction Company to add tack coat and Superpave for the District 1 Big Four area, and approved Change Order #4 to the 2025 Fall Chip/Seal to add one mile on N 2870 Rd between E630 Rd and E640 Rd in District 2. All motions were made by Vice Chairman Jeff Moss and seconded by Chairman Anthony Schwarz and recorded as passed (Moss—Yes, Schwarz—Yes).
The board also approved adding Aaron Pitts as a requisition officer for all 911 accounts and adding Katrina Hertensen as a second receiving officer for those accounts. The board voted to take no action to change the existing leave-share policy, keeping it as written in the Kingfisher County Handbook.
In routine business the board approved minutes of Nov. 3, 2025; the agenda; purchase orders; warrants; payroll for FY 24-25 and FY 25-26; reimbursement claims for the Election Board and District Attorney; monthly reports (Assessor, Health Dept., County Clerk, Treasurer, Election Board, Sheriff, Court Clerk); a purchase card payment of $935.06; and appropriations and transfers for October 2025. The meeting adjourned at 9:23 a.m.
