Treasurer Penny Huff informed the board Dec. 8 that the Grant County Treasurer's Office has not received the paperwork necessary to file a city lien for the Town of Lamont. Huff said that if the county receives correct paperwork, the county should file the lien on the tax roll. She also instructed that any other correspondence from the Town of Lamont's legal representative should be directed to the Assistant District Attorney.
