Craig A. Fredrick, Chair of the Grant County Board of Commissioners, called the regular meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Monday and confirmed a quorum of commissioners Craig A. Fredrick, Steve Stinson and Keith McClure was present. Rachelle D. McCaleb, County Clerk, attested that the meeting notice and agenda were posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act (Title 25, Sections 301–314 O.S.).
The board unanimously approved routine financial items. Steve Stinson moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders; Keith McClure seconded and the motion passed with all three commissioners voting aye. McClure then moved to approve a list of Purchase Orders and Travel Claims across multiple departments, which Stinson seconded; that motion also passed unanimously. The claims covered a range of vendors and departmental charges, including a $15,839.03 charge to the Oklahoma State Department of Health under Health expenditures and several highway-materials entries (DoLESE $12,658.61; Farmers Grain $12,537.89).
