The department also sought a short-term contract with the Gateway Family YMCA to operate the Dudley House Veterans Transitional Housing Program for an amount not to exceed $9,375 for January–February 2026.
Director Anderson advised the Board she was seeking to secure New Jersey Transit grant funding in the amount of $240,000 with a required cash match of $60,000 for the FFY25 5310 Mobility Management program (projected contract period January 1, 2027–December 31, 2027). Other human services adjustments and program contracts on the agenda included Helping Hands 365 ($27,500) and a $15,000 Reconnections Program contract to assist people returning from incarceration.
