The Grand County Motorized Trails Committee opened its Jan. 15 meeting with two formal approvals.
Mark Pope made a motion to approve the Dec. 11, 2025 minutes; Zane Taylor seconded and the motion "passed unanimously," according to the minutes. Later the committee discussed representative changes — including a proposal that Dave Hellman become the UTV/ATV representative and Mark Pope take the 4x4 representative slot — and Jeff Stevens moved to carry forward the current roster with those changes; Dave Hellman seconded and that motion also "passed unanimously." The minutes note the Treasurer position will remain vacant and be voted on at a later time.
The minutes record unanimous passage for both motions but do not list individual vote counts or roll-call votes.
