Fulton County commissioners approve payables, software renewal, inmate services request and board appointments

The motion carried "all in favor."
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to retroactively approve a Momentive Software, Inc. renewal order form for the Fiscal Department at an annual price of $1,660.48; the motion was recorded as carried. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute a request submitted by the Sheriff's Department for physician services for an inmate at the Bedford County Correctional Facility; that motion also carried.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to appoint Thomas Peppernick to the Fulton County Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors for a four-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2027. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve reappointments for Margie McGuire (Contractor), Paula Shives (Member-at-Large), Thomas Morton (Elected Official) and Daniel Schriever (Member-at-Large) to the Fulton County Agricultural Land Preservation Board for two-year terms to expire Dec. 31, 2027. Both measures carried unanimously.
Commissioner Bunch also moved to approve the 2026 Commissioners' meeting dates for public advertisement in the Fulton County Newspaper. The minutes further record two executive sessions for personnel matters and a cancelled DCED Financial Monitoring interview that DCED opted to conduct with SEDA COG and the Chief Clerk outside the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
