The motion to adopt the tentative budget was made by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann and carried with all present voting in favor (Commissioners Randy H. Bunch, Steven L. Wible and Hervey P. Hann). The meeting minutes record the adoption as procedural approval of the tentative budget; the county will return for a formal vote at the December meeting.
County officials did not provide line-item changes or total revenue and expenditure figures beyond noting routine November payables and fund balances during the meeting. The next scheduled step is the public posting and final board action on Dec. 30, 2025, when the commissioners will consider final adoption and any amendments.
