The Fulton County Board of Commissioners took a series of routine administrative actions at its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting, approving minutes, bills, payroll and several CCAP-related items.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 Commissioners' minutes and the Jan. 13 Salary Board minutes; both motions were recorded as unanimously approved. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026 totaling $159,968.15, with the meeting minutes listing fund-level allocations (General Fund $140,001.80; Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; other funds smaller amounts). Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 in the amount of $126,747.73; that motion carried unanimously.
In Treasurer's Office business, Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop presented and Commissioners approved the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00 and authorized a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman. Insurance agent Bobby Snyder presented the county's CCAP PCorP renewal application, which the board approved, and Commissioner Bunch moved to approve the CCAP PComp 2nd installment invoice for $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300; that motion was recorded as approved.
Services for Children Director Christine McQuade discussed a potential hire for a Caseworker II position and said she would obtain quotes for a printer and a projector. The board also held a brief Safety Committee meeting and a Department Head meeting (minutes on file) and convened executive sessions on personnel matters (entered at 11:22 a.m., exited 11:27 a.m., re-entered at 11:30 a.m.; the board later exited executive session at 1:10 p.m.). The meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
