Board hears San Dieguito Academy supportive-plan presentation and schedules parent engagement night on bias-response protocols

Educational Services staff and Dr. Sarah Brown of the American Jewish Committee presented the San Dieguito Academy Community Supportive Plan during the Oct. 16 San Dieguito Union High School District board meeting, describing professional development steps and a timeline for parent and student engagement.

Dr. Brown and district staff described the plan as a multistep effort to strengthen respect and belonging at San Dieguito Academy, including professional development for staff and scheduled outreach to parents and students.
