Commission tables Friendship Road LMIG bid; work session focuses on road grants, repairs and quarterly budget amendments

At its March meetings, the Chattahoochee County commission paused action on a Friendship Road LMIG contract and used its work session to review road funding and maintenance needs.
On March 4 the commission voted unanimously to table the Friendship Road LMIG item for a vote at a future work session; Commissioner Jason Frost moved to table and Commissioner Gerald Douglas seconded. Meeting materials show bid packets had been prepared and the technical specifications were to be reviewed before a vote.
