The Sunset City Council recorded several unanimous actions at its Feb. 17 regular meeting. With Council Members Katherine Hunter, Nakisha Rigley and Nancy Smalling present and two members excused, the Council:
- Approved the Feb. 3 regular and closed-session minutes and the Feb. 5 special and closed-session minutes. Motion to approve minutes: mover Nakisha Rigley; second Katherine Hunter. Vote: Hunter, Rigley and Smalling — yes.
- Approved a voucher to Cache Valley Electric in the amount of $142,257.90 for Hawk crosswalk lights. Motion: mover Nancy Smalling; second Katherine Hunter. Vote: Hunter, Rigley and Smalling — yes.
- Appointed Dee Sanford as an alternate to the Planning Commission. Motion: mover Nakisha Rigley; second Nancy Smalling. Roll-call vote: Hunter, Rigley and Smalling — yes. Two council members were recorded excused from the meeting.
- Adjourned the meeting on a motion from Nancy Smalling, seconded by Nakisha Rigley; the adjournment motion passed unanimously among members present.
