The Gladwin County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 14 unanimously approved two formal resolutions and a set of routine departmental actions, including a legal-services contract, an emergency-management grant acceptance and several budget and equipment approvals.
The board adopted Resolution 2025-001 to submit a Community Development Block Grant—Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) application for parks and recreation after a motion by Commissioner Tom Winarski, seconded by Commissioner Tami O'Donnell. The board adopted the resolution by roll-call vote, 5–0. Commissioners also approved Resolution 2025-002, a FY26 Resolution of Intent for Gladwin City County Transit, on a 5–0 roll-call vote after a motion by Commissioner Alan Donaldson and second by Commissioner Tom Winarski.
