Council renews park cleaning and website contracts through June 2026

On Jan. 5 the Midway Town Council unanimously approved contract renewals for DH Cleaning Services (park restroom cleaning) and Pinwilz, Inc. (software/website services) running through June 2026.
The Midway Town Council unanimously approved two independent contractor renewals on Jan. 5 that run through June 2026.
Council approved an agreement with David Hedgecock d/b/a DH Cleaning Services for daily cleaning of the Town Park restrooms. The Council also approved a renewal with Pinwilz, Inc. to provide software maintenance, antivirus protection and webmaster services for the Town’s website.
Town Manager Brock Hall presented both agreements and recommended approval. Motions to approve were made by Councilor Jackie Edwards (for both contracts) and carried unanimously after seconds from Councilors Keith Leonard (DH Cleaning) and Berkley Alcorn (Pinwilz). The agenda items for a Cannon and Company agreement and a North Davidson Garbage contract were removed from the agenda and were not considered at this meeting.
