Elections Director Linda Doyle presented the Certification of the 1st signing of the Municipal Election held Nov. 4, 2025. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the Certification of Computation of Election Results (1st signing) as presented by Doyle; the motion carried with all commissioners recorded as in favor.
As part of routine vendor and election administration business, commissioners approved a HART invoice for election ballot creation and programming in the amount of $10,599.39 and approved a one‑year HART extended warranty for Verity Scan and Verity Scan Writer (Jan. 18, 2026–Jan. 17, 2027) for $2,700. Commissioners also approved an invoice from Wessel and Co. for October 2025 CFO services in the amount of $10,987.50.
