FULTON COUNTY ' The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Nov. 25 approved a slate of routine administrative actions, including payroll and vendor payments, contract signings, reappointments and procurement approvals; a scheduled property bid resulted in no bids.
Key items approved by unanimous motions included payroll dated Nov. 28 in the amount of $125,126.16 and payables dated Nov. 28 totaling $674,010.68 (fund breakdown recorded in the meeting minutes). The board also approved vendor invoices and service contracts, including:
- EPayment Now (dog licenses), $2,363.50 (approved by Commissioner Steven L. Wible). - William Penn Printing invoice, $4,487.70 (approved by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch). - Elect IT Solutions (IT staffing/support for December), $9,854.00 (approved by Commissioner Steven L. Wible). - HART license and support invoice, $11,815.00 (approved by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann).
The commissioners approved a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution of $45,442.00 (bringing the county's total contribution to $151,474.00) and retroactively authorized Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives to electronically execute Krivak Trust signatory documents tied to the Treasurer's Office transition. They also approved a retroactive travel request for Stacey Shives to attend a PCHIPC meeting on Nov. 14, 2025.
The board approved reappointment letters for Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper to the Conservation District and approved an amended Title IV-D Attorney Contract for Domestic Relations. A bid opening for the sale of 119 North Second Street in McConnellsburg was held with no bids presented. The board also approved a Wellness Improvement Program grant application requesting $1,769.60 to reimburse drinking water ($393.75) and purchase an automated external defibrillator (AED) ($1,376.25) for a newly purchased county building at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch also moved to authorize Interim Treasurer Amy Bishop to obtain a county credit card for the Treasurer's Office. The meeting included a CDBG project kickoff via Zoom for the Warfordsburg Senior Center project and an Election Board meeting noted at 10:51 a.m. Commissioners adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
