Hann moved to authorize Commissioner Bunch to sign the Continuing County Adult Probation/Parole grant. Both motions carried unanimously.
Commissioners also acknowledged a Retention Efforts Letter from Miller proposing that a stipend be funded from the monthly supervision fee and held in a restricted account that only the President Judge could spend for the Adult Probation Department. The board recorded the acknowledgement but did not adopt specific spending rules beyond the description in Miller’s letter.
