Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five‑year lease and a staffing-and-support services agreement with Elect IT Solutions and authorized the county to buy a View Station for the treasurer’s office.
The board voted unanimously to approve a five‑year lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250.00 per month with no annual increase; the lease will take effect when the space becomes available. Commissioners also approved Statement of Work ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services with Elect IT Solutions.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Amazon quote for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office of $784.22; the motion passed with all commissioners in favor. Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions met with the board (Witmer via Zoom) to present the contract terms and equipment quote.
Why it matters: the lease and SOW bind the county to a multi‑year vendor relationship that will house Elect IT staff locally and provide ongoing IT support. The View Station purchase is a near-term equipment buy intended for the treasurer’s office workflow.
What’s next: the lease takes effect when the office space is available; commissioners did not set an implementation date for the SOW in the meeting record.
